Fordpass Rewards: 0 points?

I purchased my 2020 3 weeks ago and while at the dealer, I downloaded the Fordpass app and activated the truck. According to the message in the app, I should have received 42,000 points but it's still showing 0 points, is this just a delay in syncing the sale to the app?

It takes some time. After a month, call your sales guy or dealer. It usually posts right after your first statement is generated.

Like Don said, it takes a while. I think mine took 6 or 7 weeks earlier this year.

been using mine for oil changes and regular service stuff. once the points run out, I'll go to changing my own oil.

Mine took about three or four weeks to hit on my FordPass 2020 purchased in June. Covid delay, Lol
