FordPass Alert- Plugged in Not Charging

Anyone else get this alert recently on FordPass? It gets me every time

Yes, I just ignore it. Probably a bug but it is most likely for the Hybird as we share the same app.

I did indeed receive it and was quite confused for a moment.

looks like the app updated and I now no longer have the charging alert (charger not plugged in notification).

I've had 7 vehicles on the app, in the last 5 years. with the other Vehicles, after sitting 3 or 4 weeks I would get the - "Your Vehicle is in deep sleep mode" Now with the new 2023 Raptor I'm getting it all the time. And it happens minuets after I shut it off and get out of the truck. I blame it on Covid !!! LOL

Pretty sure ford used the extra space saved when they removed the torsen to put a hybrid motor in

I get the same thing. I’ve narrowed it down to a glitch in the app as I can still use all remote services even tho it warns me that they are disabled.

Mine still says plugged in not charging!! Tried a couple of things but message hasn’t gone away l!!
