Anybody else a little disturbed how Ford Remote Access for those that purchased a subscription went completely offline today (April 24th)? I got several emails stating that my subscription expired a month before I even purchased it and was negative 58 days past even though it was supposed to be good until March 2015. And no ability to remotely access your vehicle or security notifications because of the glitch. I ended up calling and holding for some time to just tell me that they knew about it and an email should go out when it's fixed. I never got an email but noticed a few minutes ago when I logged in that it is working now. They never sent an email explaining the issue therefore overloading the phone center.
