Has to be photoshop. No one would actually do that to a Raptor.

the image you posted didn't work for me so I tried to copy and paste to google... If it's the blue accent rims I'm pretty sure they are Vellano.

any suggestion on wheel and tire so far i had sort listed two wheel
1.VELOS S6 FORGED WHEELS 20x9
2. fuel rebel d 681 wheel 20x9 -0mm
1. or 2. ?

and tire
37/13.50/20 general grabber tire any suggestion ?
