I want to put down pipe will it brake down the warranty. Do you have any prove

Downpipe on a stock Raptor yields zero gains. Only changes the sound. Makes a difference if you install bigger turbos.

Yes, any deviation from stock can void your warranty. But it really depends on your service advisor.
