Hey Guys,

Have my raptor for the past 4m, did 3700 miles and about to go for another long trip.

wanted to do oil and filter change before hand. Any reputable place you could recommend who knows Raptors in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What, I can't help but wonder, would prevent you from changing the oil in your own truck?
There's so much clearance that you don't need a lift or even a jack.
All you need is a 7 quart drain pan, a ratchet, a socket, and a willingness to get to know your own vehicle.

@goblues38 has it right. You can tell if the oil was changed from the dipstick, but unless you get under the truck yourself you have no idea whether the shop changed the oil filter that they charged you for. It's an old scam - charge you an inflated price for an oil filter that wasn't even taken off the shelf.
