Ford Part # - bolts just above rear bumper

Does anyone know the Ford part # for these two bolts on the back of the truck just above the rear bumper? I'm missing the two on the drivers side (left). I just noticed it this morning.
I took the truck into Line-x yesterday for the spray in liner, but I don't think these bolts need to be touched, as they aren't connected to the tail gate as far as I can tell. So I don't know how long they've been missing. This is a brand new 24', and I've only had it a week as of tomorrow!

EDIT: Apparently, that's how the truck comes! I wouldn't have thought they would leave two exposed bolt holes unplugged, but confirmed with someone who checked a Raptor coming fresh off a truck.

Mine came that way also. I don't think they are needed on our model.

I have q '24 Lariat and the 2 open holes are on the passenger side. I have 2 bolts on the drivers side. They're in the way of putting an LED lightbar there nunless I can use standouts in other ares equal to the bolt heads. The Custom Truck store spraying in a bedliner tomorrow said other customers just removed the bolts as all they do is reinforce the tailgate from excessive weight. That sounds odd to me and like I don't really want to remove them. Thoughts? (Yes, I'm a new truck owner.)
