At least by me, the issue would be even finding one to buy. Within 200 miles of me, autotrader only lists one dealer that has trucks and it's in Georgia where they have added all sorts of BS to jack the price up to over $80k.

Not a bad incentive though, particularly for those in California I imagine.

My last search without distance limitations showed only 73 or so and most were listed above msrp or had stupid mods, as you mentioned, with a $20k increase in price.

When I called about this around June 2020, they said it is an error and the dealerships/Ford/Costco don't actually honor it.

I`m not sure where you are located in South Carolina but I did a search on Costco`s web buy program site

This a local dealer for me in central NJ. The sticker shows $56.645.00 Ant the selling price is listed at $66,500 on the actual windshield and the sticker is $60,990.00, so I guess it went up in value in comparison to a equally built 2020

I was able to do a build on Costco's website using zip code 27007 but for some reason the page is blocked on my home PC, but I was able to build and see the Costco pricing
and I built a 2020 SCREW,blue,802A,Black leather,hood and side graphics,Twin panel moonroof,spray in bedliner,Factory installed 3 panel hard bed cover,2nd row heated seats,foldable bed extender,remote start,Pro trailer backup assist,Voice activated Nav,360 degree camera,Power folding heated mirrors,
The total price from Ford was $74,855 and the price from Costco was $69,685 and according to Costco`s auto buyer program sales help 800-755-2519 the dealer that they suggest you use has to honor the price from Costco. There might be an issue with any incentives but using it will save you over $5k
I have used their auto buyer program 3 times and never had any issues. Back in 2018 when I bought my Jeep Rubicon JLUR they were selling like hotcakes and the dealer still honored the Costco sale price
