I had Linex applied to my 2019 Raptor and now the boxlink system makes it to tight to install the cleats for the Ford Boxlink system. Other than grinding the cleats, does anyone have a solution? Perhaps cleats made to use after Linex?

Had same issue... quick and easy solution: remove the base plates (gently pull off bed, use a razor if liner tries coming off with it), add your cleats to the removed base plate, then reattach the base plate with added cleat back to the bed again. Don’t over tighten the bolts when adding the base plates back.

This was a hell of a lot easier than trying to beat them onto the base plates while they were still on the truck.

Thanks for the responses. It turns out it had nothing to do with the Linex Liner. I took off the boxlink brackets and then I was able to tap the cleats in. It seems like this is a design flaw by Ford.
