I also noticed the vents on the wheels that are supose to close at high speed remained closed at low speed, it may be broken already.

In this other vid vents are opened, FYI.

Nope! just like in the other video the drivers side wheel vents remain closed the whole video, the other three appear to be open the whole time though.
