Ryguy unless you have a smog inspection done before you sell it and it passes, truly look for an out of state buyer to save headaches in case it does not pass. In california seller is required to provide a valid smog certificate thats been completed in the last 90 days at a smog certified station.. Otherwise you are held resonsible for any cost the buyer incurs to get it to pass smog.... It is a stupid law but dont get caught up in it... FYI
Thanks for the advice. I was already getting everything set up to get the certificate in case somebody in state buys it. Im not in a hurry to sell it so when ever the right buyer comes which could be a while Ill be ready.
