He is in Des Moines Iowa. Looking for project management or a sales role. He has a business degree with a focus in marketing. At this point, he would look at all options. He is open to extensive travel either regionally or globally.

There aren't any specific job openings in my firm's Des Moines office, so the best I could do there is drop him into a resume pool where if openings come up, the HR folks look there first.

Would he be willing to relocate? There would be a lot more oppurtunity if he would be willing to move to Chicago or a larger office.
