Yep two of the bed bolts and then you drill the other two holes and secure with bolts and washers. I have a some gorilla locks you can have too if it'll fit.

Looks like no dice, Gen 2 6 bolts 4 are 35 1/4 two in the back at 46.

It's anchored by 3 bolts per cleat so I don't see why not. I actually got the idea from a side mounted folding option. You would probably have to make sure you got the right mounting area so it folded correctly but I think it's doable. Take a look at the pics that gave me the idea. They used straps instead of pins but very similar

On a pallet it's pretty expensive ($185). If I can find a good box and go UPS it's probably closer to $75 to $100 I bet.
