Looks killer and will look even better with HIDs. This is also a great solution for the guys who are worried about legality of driving/fog lights.

i dont have my truck yet but i am thing about doing this. how hard was it to pull the bumper off? how long of a project would u say this is?

It takes like 5 minutes to pull the front bumper (4 main bolts and 3 little misc bolts)

The hardest part about this was the whole coming up with how to make it work.

Quick list of sections to do this:
1) cutting the F250's original mounting bracket to fit behind bumper.
2) cutting the Raptor's backside of bumper to have room for the fog lights
3) deciding where to drill for the F250's fogs to now bolts down (will need to make a spacer for the top bolt, I used some pressure treated wood)
4) cutting and trimming the Raptor's lower grill to fit the fog lights sticking through (took most time)
5) install everything, then make adjustments as needed.
6) wire everything up.

My truck has halo projectors on it and would like to use similar fog lights if possible. Does anyone know if the earlier version (99-04) F250 fog lights will fit in the space? I've only been able to find the halos for the earlier F250.

I'm not sure. But I can tell you that 2005 Excursions had the same front end as the 2005-2007 Super Duties...so I could see it being the same kind.
