Flush fog lights

Did any body else notice the bumperets in the ford parts catalog are called fog light delete. I will see if I can find it. Maybe the bumperets can come out and standard 150 fogs go in.

Don't hate me but part of the part # for those bumper inserts (17E810) correlates with the fog light deletes from other Ford models, like the Mustang and Fusion. I would assume that is why Ford is showing them as Fog Light Deletes.

I don't see how the fogs from a normal F150 would be able to mount there anyway since they don't mount in the normal F150's bumper inserts anyways.

I wonder if the square fogs from the 04-06 F150's would fit up nicely? They look like they would fill the hole better than the 01-03 fogs, which came to my mind first for something that would be flush.

I tried the 01 fog lights off my son in laws truck. They do not fit the opening. Too small. Right shape but do not fill the opening.
