I changed the shocks to 3.0 and love the trucks ride now but not so much before the swap.
I recently test drove a 2013 Jeep Rubicon and what a difference, I now have a new respect for how well my Raptor drives.

I think you need to drive a different one. The thing I noticed most when I first drove mine was how the nose would dive when you hit the brakes. That didn't take long to get used to that. The rest is all good. You can tweek it to whatever you like.

You may have what most delivered trucks have is the factory tends to verinflate the tires to 50+ and when you air down to the stated 44 it rides nicer!!! Just my findings and some others has same findings....

Confirming that my 2013 which was built this May had over 50 psi in the tires when I brought it home. This definitely had a negative affect on the ride.

Maybe the truck isn't for you. You might want an SUV or a crossover of some sort with independent suspension at all 4 corners.

I live 2 miles in on a dirt road and I make this 4 mile round trip 3 or 4 times per day. I specifically bought this truck to once and for all insure a smooth ride over the various bumps, holes, washes, etc. I've driven everything from sedans to duallys to luxury SUVs over this road and NOTHING gives me a smoother and more importantly, solid ride than my Raptor. I can drive this road at 25mph or 85mph, it really makes no difference. My stomach may "bottom-out" in anticipation of an approaching wash but the truck handle it without a problem.

I had the truck serviced a couple months ago and afterwards the truck rode so rough when I drove it over this same dirt road that I published the problem on this forum. Someone mentioned tire pressure so I checked and sure enough, it was way high. I adjusted the pressure and I was back to the comfortable ride.

It's just a fantastic, very capable truck in all ways. I'm sure there is a simple explanation of the problem you encountered on the test drive.
