I sold my original raptor a few years back. Gas mileage and usability were the factors for selling. That said i miss my ole baby. Now i am looking for something i can pull behind my motorhome and yet use as an everyday driver. This ranger might suit all my needs. Better fuel and a lighter version.

I think Ford is fine with being priced a bit above the TuRDs, but yeah the 2.7 would rock that *****!
If the 2.7 was in it what do you or you guys think this thing could get mpg wise?

Low 20's MPG is my guess, not much difference from the F150 with a 2.7

My other guess is they will price this for as much as they can get for it which will be short of the F150 Raptor but not a lot less and way more than a TRD.

That baby Raptor looks like it would eat Tacos all day long... pun intended.

I don't know how true it is but the Ford rep at the auto show said a V6 was too wide for the Ranger chassis. Also, the 2.7 (given it fits) in the Ranger Raptor might be quicker than the F150 Raptor. I don't think Ford will let this be quicker than big bro.
