Good advice, thank you!

Check out the ADAM'S PERFECT VISION GLASS CLEANER & SEALANT COMBO.

A tip for the Glass Sealant: you will get the longest protection from it by prepping the glass first so it gets a really good bond. Clay first, then clean with the Glass Cleaner, then do a thorough wipe-down with Isopropyl Alcohol, then apply the Glass Sealant.

Good timing on this. Well it finally rained in CA this weekend and I found my windshield is in rough shape... it's super clean but I am probably cleaning it wrong.

When the wipers leave the parked position I get a squeegee sound and at the top of the wiper stroke when it returns back down the same along with some wiper skipping here and there.

My wiper blades are new (Motorcraft wipers) so I doubt they are the cause.

Do you have a complete package for this? What clay bar do you recommend?

Sounds like you might have build-up or a film on the windshield, and getting it stripped off with the clay and alcohol should remedy the issue.

The Perfect Vision Combo link above has the Glass Cleaner, towels, sealant and applicators. You would also need the New Visco Clay Bar Kit.
