Hey guys I just got my 2018 last friday and cant help but wonder how the thing would do on a autox course. Alittle bit about me... I am a road course racer and autoxer. I race in SCCA NASA and in the Optima Ultimate Street Car series.

My car is currently down while we are changing out suspension bushings to sphericals and have a local SCCA autox this sunday. I cant help but wanna try and autox the thing. Obviously its not what its meant for but I still think it would be a blast and I also know it will hurt a few feelings. If anyone has done this before please chime in! I use to fab trucks for Buckshot Racing and know the ins and outs of off road suspension. Our vehicles did amazing on pavement!

Gobs of understeer and the tires give up long before the soft suspension and high center of gravity are an issue. But it can be fun using the throttle to liven up the rear end.

yeah the skid rating on the stock tires is laughable. It is a high torque, light truck, but still
