Ordered three Elements from Rick today. I have to put in a plug for him and Freedom Motorsports. This is the first thing I've purchased from them and so far, the customer service has been phenomenal. Rick was responding to my emails at 11:30 pm his time last night (Friday night). Excellent vendor!!

Did no one else notice dude in the video demo for Element, damn near had to put his hand in the fire to get close enough for that thing to work. Any stand-off fire extinguisher seems like it would be a bunch safer.

I’m with ya... you have to pretty darn close to the fire for it to be effective. And man, those little dudes are expensive at $80 a pop! If the price was little less, I’d buy some.

The one thing I really like about the Element is it’s size and weight. Back when I was a FF/Medic, I ran a fairly minor auto accident where a guy was smacked in the back of the head with 2.5 lb extinguisher. He would have walked away from the accident had it not been for that extinguisher.

I did the same when I was younger. It really teaches you how smallish things can become deadly missiles in a wreck.

I picked up a couple of the element extinguishers, and won’t take the regular 2.5 pounder out of the truck.

One is none and two is one.
