I had dealer Line-X my fender flares, OEM bumpers, and rear splash panels and am very happy with the results so far. I also have the Suntek Premium PPF on about half of the body panels.
Good investment on a Black truck especially. I would only have done the PPF on the front, if I had a White or light colored truck. They tend to show scratches or swirl marks less than
darker colors. Having the mud flaps has also helped prevent alot of rock chips on the side.
so its like a temporary PPF? ( we used to use painters tape!)
why didnt you put it on the fender flare? ( plastic)
what is this Line-x for bumpers and fenders ? this is not the same as bed- liner is it ?
looks pretty good though. is it super durable? I suppose one could put it on later if they do get scratched? It is. But they make one called Ultra which is less abrasive to the touch and can be color-matched. Unfortunately, Line-X can't match the exact magnetic color of the flares as it's metallic.

I did line-x on the flares and the ADD bumpers and it has held up perfectly on the trails. Gives it a different look and you can choose between colors and sheens.is there any pre application paint you used before line-x?
