I have a 2014 Roush Screw with almost 38k miles. I noticed this weekend my front right Fox shock is leaking at the top. What is the warranty on these shocks from the factory?

Covered under 3 year 36k mile bumper to bumper. Not too sure if you will have any luck here.

Good news is they can be rebuilt for a reasonable price. Or it's a good excuse to upgrade.

Even if it was leaking under warranty, IIRC, some dealers would call it normal.

A little bit of fluid on the shock shaft isn't necessarily indicative of a blown shock. But if it's leaking out all over then there's definitely an issue.

For what it's worth, I did have a front left shock replaced under warranty somewhere in the neighborhood of your mileage. It took some fighting, but it happened.

I'm still gonna try again through the dealer I bought it new from. It's not/hasn't gushed fluid. See pic.
