@DentalDoc - It all depends on what your goals are. If that is the look and functionality you are going for, then great.

However, with the route you took, you do diminish the off-road capability of a Raptor (I don't think this is deniable?). Additionally, I believe there are added reliability concerns with the suspension if you off-road it aggressively. That shock extension is a major weak point. Assuming they just added an even longer block in the rear to get that lift? If so, that is ridiculous and will make one of the notorious Raptor problems even worse. For the money you paid for that lift, you probably could have done other things that would have resulted in increased capability of the truck. Perhaps you won't push the truck and expose those weak points. Also, I would suggest not driving someone else's Raptor that was lifted correctly, otherwise you will feel the shortcomings of yours and it will be hard to ignore.

But if that is what you wanted and you like it, then who cares what others think.

I actually like the lift, but needs 37s on 17s.

2017-19 FORD F150 RAPTOR 4WD

Fabtech’s 4" System for the 2017-19 Ford F150 Raptor provides increased suspension height which allows the use of 37" tall tires and retains the factory SVT control arms and Fox Shox.

This 4″ system features heavy duty ductile iron steering knuckles designed to handle 37" tall tires with the vehicle’s ESC (electronic stability control) and Traction Control. Typically 37" tires will cause steering and brake issues on the factory Ford steering knuckles. Fabtech knuckles are designed for the oversized tires and will provide years of trouble free service.

The Raptor SVT control arms are relocated with 1/4" thick steel Crossmembers retaining the travel features of the vehicle for offroad use. The factory Fox Shox are also retained with super stout front and rear shock extensions. To keep the front CV angles proper with the new ride height the front differential is relocated and comes with a 1/4" thick steel skid plate for protection.

FOOTNOTES

14. Cannot use OEM wheel and tires.
55. Must use 18″ wheels or larger.

I wish you could use OEM wheels with that. Awhile back, my local off-road shop that I use for tires, levelling, etc. quoted me $6000 for the lift, new wheels and tires and labor, not including the bumpers.
