Seems like people like Carli suspension for 250’s. I don’t have any personal experience taking one to Baja though

Best of the best:

I would strongly recommend also doing the carli leafs, pick one slightly softer than you need for ride quality unloaded, and add a quality airbag + onboard compressor system to level when loaded. Airbags are your friend on the SD stuff.

My brother has an F250 that as built to a Raptor SD.
we did Carli radius arms, King shocks, and full Deaver leaf packs. Damn thing rides phenomenal for such a huge truck.

Another vote for Carli. I've seen a few Carli equipped trucks keep up with stock Raptors. CJC Offroad builds a lot of Carli rigs. They have a huge inventory of Carli kits as well. I'd hit them up. They're out of Long Beach.

Brother in law has an F350 crew short with a full carli 2.5" system, plus their ride improvement leafs, 37's on 17" wheels and while the truck is bar none the best driving super duty out there, it is nowhere even remotely close to the Raptor. The solid front axle + rear leafs means it is physically limited. Unloaded it is still stiff as hell.

With all that said I actually have a '23 F350 on order that will be getting the full carli treatment, but that is to haul a Can Am X3 and either toy hauler or truck camper (toy hauler or camper TBD)

We leave for 3 weeks in AZ (From northern canada...) in the fall and I really don't want to tow the side by side down with the Raptor...

@McCarthy I guess it’s kit dependent. And a solid axle does have its limits. But I’ve witnessed some dominator kits crush it in the desert. But that’s the top of the line kit.

Here is a good comparison on a 2.5” pintop vs stock raptor for the OP
