Just had my TSB done. Made ZERO difference. They are supposed to call the Ford Tech Hotline today and let me know what they say. I am hoping they replace the exhaust at this point. This will be my 4th time at the dealer with this issue.

So they finally replaced the whole exhaust and my rattle is gone. It only took 5 trips to ford, 1 TSB that didn't work, 4 phone calls to Ford customer service, and 1 year of aggravation listening to my truck exhaust rattle.

I wish I could send them a bill.

If you can wait until 7am EST I'll run out there and record the startup when I start my day.

I don't think they'd do this for everyone...would they? I'll be honest, my brother owns a jeep and said "This is what a 80k plus truck sounds like at startup?" so, I'm there with you.

That is after the fix? Does not sound right, hard to tell in the video but seems to be coming from engine compartment.

Did you happen to read my posts? 300 miles on mine, Late Oct build.

Mine seems to be around the transfer case/transmission rather than the e-valves closer to the rear wheel well. You can put your hand on the exhaust and feel the shaking. Mine is where there is a cross member under the t-case. It's specifically when you are in drive, but stopped. Stop light, stop sign, drive through, etc. As soon as you put it in park or start going, it doesn't seem to be there.

The dealer acknowledged that they hear it and that it isn't right, but they have no idea what is going on. They were supposedly calling the Ford Tech Helpline on Wednesday and haven't heard from them since. I'll call tomorrow and update if I get an answer. I got the truck 12/19 and have been without it over 3 weeks now due to this/sunroof inoperable/driver's door is so out of alignment that it looks open and leaks water when closed.
Dude....what a crappy situation. I'd be head over heels frustrated. TBH I'd probably just move on to something else. Sell/trade. I've followed your posts for a while now since we had similar blend dates (Oct build thread). The 2023 I picked up (and sold to a friend) has had zero issues. You seem to have been bitten by the bad luck bug.

Frustrating indeed… will call them back tomorrow and see what they say. On the plus side, they agreed my rear seat was missing a piece of trim underneath and pulled one off another truck to replace it.

Yeah. Mine noise was clearly coming from the exhaust valve. I even climbed under the truck to hear it more clearly.
Maybe you should open the hood and record, as you move your phone around the engine bay. You should be able to hear the noise get louder, as you pass by that part of the engine! Then post that vid here!
