I was thinking I might be OK with the overdrive balancer because of the headers. I am still rocking the stock exhaust out the back. Likely there's a bit of restriction there. I was wrong on the HP though. Just under 600. I thought it was just over. Interesting power dip around 4700. Probably some weird dyno stuff.Brian_Rap.jpg

You can ask the Tuner to add the AFR results to the print out, it's just a matter off putting a check mark in the box.

BTW, I like your torque numbers, almost wants me to rethink doing headers.
The Tuner didn't want to dial up my HP because of the cats and stock exhaust.

JDM has an old post (from 2013 or 2014) somewhere on this forum, they dialed up a Whipple Raptor with a huge mono blade TB and ID 1000 injectors to just over 590 rwhp but turn it right back down because the stock fuel pump was creating a lean condition.
I believe they left it at 545 rwhp. And I can't remember if they resolved it later on either.

Mine has a weird blip as well, Tuner said it's most likely wheel slippage.

I believe the OP is running the 60 lbs. like I am.
Going down to 50 lbs. is the wrong direction.
Only JDM uses the 47 lbs. for their Tune but will use the ID 75 lbs. if you have the right mods.

The 2020s are 62lb, the 14 are 52. But yeah, wrong direction.

OP what are power goals?

I'm not sure what my AFR was doing and that's probably not the right answer. I'm thinking about picking this up to monitor that: Does anyone have any experience with it? I like the install.

You will want something with the ability to datalog. Most displays are going to have enough latency you wont be able to correlate what your seeing to the event. The Ballenger AFR500V2 is about the same price, uses an NTK sensor and will allow you to plug into a datalogger.

Well, the truck is tuned with HP Tuners. Realistically I need to get my tuner out with the laptop and make some street pulls. I think I would like to be in the 8-850whp range. This seems like a feasible goal and make the expense of all these new parts worth it. From what I was seeing in Biggest's thread he didn't have problems with the 6 rib belt slipping until far past that. What pulley diameter should I go with this time?

Side note: I decided to purchase an MMR motor and will send my heads to them as well. That's potentially a controversial decision, but I have a few reasons for that. 5-8 week build time.

LOL I was joking with some buddies I would put 4 beadlocked welds on and drag radials. I have been launching and running in 4 hi with pretty decent traction. It's not spinning. There's no chance in 2wd from a dig even with the locker engaged. Has anyone ever broken one of these transfer cases? Any issues running in 4x4 at 100+mph? Still on stock driveshaft.
