.Engine knock

Have an 18 w 70k miles. Have noticed an engine knock when I start the engine. it only last for a second and only when cold or set for a while. Anyone else noticed this? Vehicle has been very well maintained.

I have a 17 that will be 2 years old in June with 48k miles and i hear the same knocking. I also just had an issue where i would lose power for a split second and engine light came on and when dealer plugged it in it gave a cam sensor alert. We changed the oil and havent had a problem since.
