5 weeks at the dealership now!!

My 2018 Raptor has been at the Ford Dealership for 5 weeks now. It still makes a grinding noise in 2WD, 3rd gear, 5200 rpm. Today is Friday and the service rep told me today that the area (northern California) FSC will be stopping in today or early next week to try and figure out what is wrong. On June 19, 2018, A friend of mine sent me an OASIS message that goes out to the dealerships. The OASIS message discussed - "Intermittent Grinding Noise from Integrated Wheel Ends (IWE) while driving in two wheel drive. This may be caused by an intermittent leak in the check valve. Before completing any normal diagnosis suspect that the check valve is the root cause of the issue. If the check valve has been ruled out as the root cause for the issue refer to work shop manual 308-07 and follow normal diagnosis."
To the best of my knowledge, the dealership has replaced everything in the vacuum system. If the area FSC doesn't find out something very soon, what recommendations do you have??? 5 Weeks is excessive. Thanks!

Grinding Noise update

I was told today that the FSC (Ford Rep.) would not be in till this Friday to help diagnose the noise. Oddly enough, I was also told that another 2018 Raptor is in now for the same problem. They say his grinding noise is worse. I first dropped the truck off at the dealership on May 14, over 6 weeks ago. I feel that the dealership is doing the best it can. I'm mostly posting this to see if anyone else is having the same problem and has a fix. This morning I called Ford customer service and they tell me a Ford Rep. will call me back. Have a nice day!

Grinding noise update June 29, 2018

I received a call from my service rep today. The Ford Field Service Rep. recommends they replace the vacuum pump, booster, and all of the vacuum lines. I was told that they had already tried a new vacuum pump and that the lines had already been replaced. First time hearing about a "booster." Today is Friday. He says the parts should be installed by Wednesday which will be 7 weeks and 2 days at the dealership.

Second round of Vacuum System replacement fail!

Yesterday I got the dreaded call from the Ford Service Department. The second round of vacuum parts, pump, lines, and complete front hub assembly failed to stop the grinding noise. We are only 3 days out from my Raptor being broke at the dealer for 8 WEEKS!!! My Raptor has been sitting outside in the hot sun, and is covered in dust and ash from the California Fires that have been burning for some time now. I'm very disappointed.

Driveshaft to the transfer case failed

Today they installed a new driveshaft to the transfer case. Didn’t fix it. They are ordering and hope to have a new transfer case in by Friday or Monday
