Same..
2018 at around 30k started rattling over bumps.
No major jumps but some small off road fun.
Saw this thread removed the current ones and immediately rattle is gone.
Waiting on replacements to arrive this week.

Has anyone found new end links other than OEM? If so, please give make and part number. Since these failed in 24K miles and are not greaseable, I don't really want to buy another OEM set just so I can change them every 24K miles. Thank you.

understand where you are coming from, but no aftermarket options right now - not that i could find, anyway.

i thought it through and for the <$200.00 the parts (with new locking nuts) cost and the hour to put them on myself, it is well worth it to not listen to that f'in clunk from under my truck.

For anyone in this thread that replaced the end links… do you still have your old ones? I’d like to design some replacements with disconnects. My truck is my daily or I’d pull one off.

I had the same noise/rattle, the upper joint of the rod end was still tight, the lower 90-degree portion connected to the lower A-arm was worn on both sides. Replaced with OEM HL3Z5K483B, it says kit but it is only 1ea so you need (2) if you do both sides - which I recommend.
