There does not appear to be a lot of good info on this forum regarding these springs. I was going to go with collars, but when I saw these from Eibach I had to give them a try. I have had Eibach lower springs on numerous cars and the stance was always spot on and the ride quality as good as OEM. IMO, just like Brembo is the king of brakes and Recaro is the king of seats, Eibach is the king of springs so while there was limited feedback here, I trusted them based on my past experiences.

As I was hoping, they are perfect! Definitely raised the raked front up and I do not loose any suspension travel as with collars. The ride quality is awesome, actually better than stock. Feels much more planted and no bounce. Eibach included recommend alignment specs which my shop did with the spring install. I have no doubt they will be equally impressive offroad and I will test that out in two weeks at Snoball. I will provide more feedback as I get more miles on them, both soft and hard alike! ;)

You can really see the difference in the pics.

Just wanted to say thank you for this write-up/review of the Eibach springs. After reading this thread I decided to pull the trigger on the springs, and VERY happy with the results. Truck rides and drives perfectly. I was not excited about buying collars to level the front of my 18 SCrew. So glad I came across this thread. Cheers

That’s what this site is supposed to be all about.

To add to this, I spoke to Eibach a few days ago and was informed they are carrying over the springs for the 2019 unchanged. There was some speculation that they would make some adjustments for the 2019's due to the Fox live system, but I was told by them no adjustments were needed.

Nice. I talked to them about a week ago and they told me they were just starting "R&D" with the 2019 and it would need a whole new spring. I guess they figured out quickly that it didn't.

You're welcome and thanks. I have learned a lot from this Forum and have tried to give back as much as possible, which is why is started this thread back in 2013;

Like Slow6 said, that's what this forum is all about. I have an appointment on 3/11 for the Deaver install and am really excited to finish this project and test the set-up at TRR in May.

Regards

Are they making more orange springs or you mean the actual springs they tested on your truck? I already ordered the springs myself a couple weeks ago based on part numbers from Ford's parts system. They use the same part number spring on 2017-2019 so I knew physical fitment was the same.

No more orange unless your are special. I called and asked. The only color you can get them in is silver.

Most powder coaters will do springs for like $20 each. I have a local powder coater that does a good bit of coating for me and they can usually do small stuff like springs, wheels, etc. in a couple of days for pretty cheap. They do really nice work too.

yes and no....... i've read that some powdercoaters ovens are too hot for springs and can possibly affect them. I had carli springs on my ram 2500 and they recommend having them painted. Or ask the powdercoater to turn down the heat on the oven while baking your springs.
