EIbach has released a 2019 specific spring that is 1.7" for the LIVE shocks. Have not verified spring rates, would love to hear from someone that has done it on the 2019 and let us know how it rides.

Last I looked the site still showed the original spring rate of 583lbs. I mentioned it on the phone when I called to ask about 6 months ago. I stopped looking 3 months ago... you’d think they would do a re-release to clear the air.According to the Eibach site, it's the same spring for both the 2017-2018 trucks and he 2019 trucks, the part numbers are the same. Unless, of course, Eibach has an error on their site.
About the same when I spoke to them. Got mine direct from Eibach a month ago unfortunately I did not have time to install before I went back to work.I spoke with a tech at Eibach last week before I ordered mine. He said they shipped very few sets of the 583’s, and that they received too many complaints about how stiff they were. He said if you have purchased any from a retailer recently or here after, there is a very good chance you will end up with the 548’s. The revised spring rate is only 15 lbs over stock on a 19, I don’t remember what the 17-18 spring rate is.
Hope that helps.

Same here. Ordered mine from Apollo Optics, but haven’t had a chance to install them yet. Hopefully next week some time.
