My 2014 screw with 155,000 miles on all original shocks and coils got new Eibach 2.5" pro lift coils and all 4 factory new fox shocks from Ford parts America. Did the work myself and had an alignment done after. Truck was only 1/2" front high for a week and now has settled to perfectly even with the rear. Here's the total cost breakdown, Eibach springs were on sale at real truck for $202 when I got them but they can be had for $300 now. Got the front shocks from rock auto MOTORCRAFT ASH12263.

Truck rides much better now. Huge upgrade. My truck used to brake dive hard and bounce on rough terrain. Rides like it should now, only slightly stiffer. I did all this in May and have 165,000 miles now, everything is still good.

Front shocks are set to bottom perch and I used free loaner coil compressors from O'reilly auto parts to compress the coils. Took 1 full day start to finish. Didn't use Geiser coils because I didn't see the value in spending $350 more for a slightly softer ride. The truck already rides very soft.

Is it necessary to change out the Upper Insulators and Shock mounts whenever changing to new shocks? I'm about to get my shocks/springs replaced but didnt order those parts.
