Early Build GEN 2 Raptors Shipping next MAY!!

I have a Raptor which was built on 10/24! I am paying 2000 over MSRP from a local dealership here in Colorado which is an amazing deal! The status of my trucks changed from released to back in production!!

To make a long story short - I was able to locate two Raptors in Ohio for 5k over MSRP: The manager of this dealership stated to me that early builds are not going to be shipped until next May! He stated Ford wants to limit how many are in circulation - OR there is a major problem with the early builds that Ford is not willing to release. Has anyone else heard of this?! I don't think he is lying, he can sell this truck within an hour! Any feedback would be appreciated!

Very sorry to hear that. Im highly doubtful. They may have sold your truck out from under you, expecting you to fall for their cover story. Unfortunately it's a well known fact, not all but some, car sales people can be extremely unscrupulous.
