Raptor gains! 180 whp+ thanks to e85 and a few basic bolt ons. We had a great time tuning Chris Powell's 2019 Raptor on his own dyno via remote.

Mods include:
ZFG Racing custom e85 tune with the HP Tuners mpvi2
Xtreme-DI LLC HPFP-35
Wagner Tuning stock location intercooler
AMS Performance Inlet Tubes
S&B intake

Note: We had some trouble getting that tachometer signal to read, and that is why there is no torque displayed. I've also included a graph of the torque with the tach signal errors to give you an idea of what the curve would look like the dips are the tach signal error!

So the tach signal was flakey, but we are to believe the HP gains from the same machine?

Just busting your chops. Sounds neat.

Yeah it's a dyno jet, doesn't use the tach in the hp calculations.

Did you have to change anything on the fuel system to run e86?
yes you need to 1 of the following to be able to run e85:

1) upgrade the port fuel injectors ( I sell fic injectors and use either 850cc or 1000cc but can get all the way up to 2150cc)

2) upgrade the HPFP

the HPFP upgrade is going to make a few more HP and have completly stock driveablity. The port fuel injectors may have a little harder time at idle on pump gas but on e85 they do fine. And on pump gas a good tuner can get around it by playing with the DI/PI balance.
