Hello my name is Todd I am with Dual Liner and I wanted to thank you for your very thorough "quick review". I see that the Load Guard seems to be misaligned, and I wanted to see if it settled into place. When we build the sidewalls we actually use an exact mold of the actual truck box. That being said we do have to leave room for it to expand and contract with changing weather conditions, which for your truck's load guard would be less than a quarter inch not a half inch. Please let me know if your load guard has not shifted into place and I will be happy to work with you and figure out what is going on my email is [email protected]. We do take pride in our product and that is why we will not produce the Dual Liner anywhere else than here in the USA. This allows us to keep a close eye on our product and make sure that our tolerances are up to our standards. Thanks ertman for bringing this to our attention and also thanks again for the honest review.

Talk about the definition of customer service!!

Between the CEO of BAK offering to drive a part to my house for a warranty claim and now this, we have some damn find companies out there (and people who work for them) supporting our aftermarket needs!

After a week of use and warm temperatures, the Load Guard has not moved/settled at all. There is still a gap on the left, and it fits tight on the right. No new pictures, since it looks exactly the same as the pictures posted last week.

Looks pretty good, isn't exactly completely flush...but still looks clean. I'm wondering if or any dirt or derby can creep between those cracks?

I'm still debating on what to exactly get, a bed rug, spray on bed liner, or something along the lines of this....or just stick with my bed mat...decisions...decisions lol

i suggest that you choose the thing that would feel you more comfortable to use. :D
