I recently upgraded?? my phone from a Blackberry Storm to a Motorola Droid X2 and it doesn't want to play nice with my Sync system. My Blackberry worked flawlessly for making and receiving calls and playing music(music stored on the phone AND streaming Pandora)

I've gone through all the settings I could find on the phone and cant seen to get it to work. It will receive calls but dialing out it will disconnect and I cant get music to stream at all.

I've gone through all the setting menu's I could find but it seems a lot of the options and settings I had on my Blackberry dont exist on the droid.

Granted I've only had my phone a few days and I'm still learning about it but could someone tell my what I'm doing wrong? I gotta be missing something here.

Thanks in advance and help is greatly appreciated

I have an x2. No problems. I would delete your phone from the sync and yank the nav fuse to hard reset it. Also do a battery pull on your phone then re sync them. Make sure bluetooth is always on

i have a samsung galaxy s, the only problem i had with the music was scrolling thru all the damn inputs to get to bluetooth, and then making sure my phone was set to play music thru bluetooth. otherwise i had no issues with my droid phone and the sync (i had the NAV also).

Thanks for all the advice

It seems this was a problem with the Droid not sync. I was able to get it to stream music through Sync by rebooting a few times but Pandora skips and stutters no matter what I do. I'm about ready to take this phone back to verizon, my Blackberry was never this unreliable.

On my fascinate Pandora was set to "high quality" under preferences causing it to skip and pause. Setting it to "normal" resolved this issue for me.

I have it set to normal as well and it still does it. I'm going to have someone at verizon look at it. Pandora isnt tho only issue I'm having with this phone but it is the most annoying.

I traded by BB for a X2 a couple months ago and everything works fine. I do think I deleted the BB before I connected the X2 but right now I can't remember.

No clue other than to suggest unpairing from both ends (delete truck in phone and phone in truck). Then re-pair.

No problems here, have had a Droid 2, Droid X (original model), and Droid 3 paired with mine. There's also an update out for Sync (from a few months ago). Mine didn't have any issues before that either though.
