Driver Side Door Wind Noise over 60MPH

Same problem/area on my 2010 scab. I'll be looking at my door handle now!

Soooo, door handle has been taken out checked, seals, plastic behind the door panels etc...all seem fine, still making the noise. Baffled here, anyone have any other problem areas or ideas on where to check?

No wind noise, but all of a sudden I've got a very annoying rattle in the drivers door, I think its behind armrest handhold. Guess that panel will be coming off this weekend.

Have you looked for the wind noise by the windshield cowl? Shot in the dark.

Raptoe13, Went tape crazy on it today up and down the interstate and sure enough taping up the door handle did the trick. Ford thinks they plastic barrier inside the door panel or the gasket on the door handle itself is bad. Ill post up what they come up with next week when i bring it in.

Oh i had a lot more on there, windshield, back door, door handles, mirror, around the windows, haha. I always take pics too, it was hot and i think i said eff it and was fed up with the truck...

Have you looked at the felt in the window channel? Maybe its worn down.
