Driver seat cushion pad

Is this a common issue or are you guys just a bunch of big ol boys as they say?

80k miles on my 2020 seat feels no different than when new

I had read on the interwebs that this is not an issue for the giant organed among us. Something to do with weight distribution on the seat.

The outer bolster gets crushed from getting in and out of the truck.
