GEN 2 Door jam paint Melting?

Getting really OCD here but noticed this on my door- each door is different but this one is probably the worst- is this normal as the truck ages? 2018 with 59K

I think so… I can pick it off with my finger and it is find of a white plasticky look. I guess someone put it on all the doors and this side had bubbles get in it due to heat? I guess ill just leave it
