dont go to firestone for tire swaps

They probably saw the rings might get damaged and wanted to remove them to be safe and didn’t know that until they stuck them on the tire machine. Granted they should have told you but $27.50 a wheel isn’t that bad as I would assume they balanced them too and maybe used new stems?

The tire shop I go charges $24. And I also have the Firestone lifetime but I haven’t used it for a long time. Been getting alignments from the tire shop instead even though it cost me $70 each time.

whiny? im just pissed they didnt bother telling me i had to pay $40 more than the original quote until after they did the work. tell me up front so i can make the descision if i want them to do it. thats the right way. and no, i decided against trr since it beats up my truck so much and its not worth the fee and gas to come down if im not driving
