Also, definitely use the Motorcraft OEM replacement filter the OP posted above. I used one of these, and it's crap - too restrictive so there's not good airflow.

I just did mine, 10k miles also. Not quite as dirty as the posters above me but dirty enough to change it. Easy enough to do.

Damn Son! Where was that video a few weeks ago when I cleaned mine? All I could find was F-150, not Raptor's, different. I am still not sure how that other guy got his filter cover out without pulling the top panel off, seemed impossible to me without tearing the shit out of something. You should put "Raptor" in the title so I can find it next time around. I am sure I will forget.
