Does Reverting to stock airbox require diff tune?

I run the 91 SCT tune and I'm think about going back to the stock airbox from a roush (cleaning dust out and oiling it is getting old). Do I need to have the tune adjusted? Should I call Mike from 5 star and ask?

Yes, you should be fine, running your current tune and the stock air box. On the other hand, you could get a dry CAI it would be less work than the oiled one.

When you clean your intake get a pre filter sock.
