If you want them for actual fog or dust use, you will be disappointed. They do not have an upper cutoff, meaning they spread light in a 360 degree cone away from the lamp. Look at Max's pics and see how far up the power pole the light goes. So, a lot of that light that goes "up" will get reflected everywhere, including into your eyes.
If you want "fog lights", get ones that have reflectors designed for a proper fog beam. If you to put lots of light downrange, get several driving beams.
