A lot of work, months for us lol A friend got a new bender so this was our first run with it. The software seemed real cool at first but proved to be worthless factoring stretch, so was done old school tape measure and steel square. Getting the top hoop right and the long taper notches were the biggest hurdles. Add in cutting thru 1/4" plate wihtout a plasma
this was the prototype, next was gonna be done in chromoly, but doubt we will ever go through this all again. Used 1.75" 90wall, and 3/8 6061 skid. I got a 4x8 sheet of the 6061 cheap because it had water stains, call you local supplier they may have something similar. I can make 2 more skids with the extra. Next will have a 2nd bend to connect the skid to the lower oem skid, also still need to make a lip support
Front
Rear
Bumpers have held up excellent, seen many other horn mount bumpers fold on themselves from minimal force, ive had several big hits and not a tweak.

I want a radius bent top tube as well... But cant seem to get one bent correctly.
I was pretty set on this as well, and settled on what we did after a few calls to local commercial rollers.
I almost ordered up these guys kit to modify a HF roller, and make it powered.
