Disappointed...just a bit

After a seven month wait, I finnaly got my Gen 3 yesterday (see my other post). I ordered it without the sunroof, which meant no power tailgate. Imagine my surprise when I just noticed there was no bed step. My Gen1 had one and I used it all the time. I'm bummed Ford bundled and bungled this option for 2022. I opted to forgo the sunroof because I needed the extra headroom. The bed step should be a standard feature on all Raptors.
Regardless, I love the truck and I'm happy with my purchase.

Do you have the tailgate applique? Seems like to should be packaged with that.

Should be a stand alone option like it used to be. I use mine all the time. I was bummed when the paired it with the moonroof. Didn't the pair the torsen diff with the fog/off road lights too? Wtf?

I understand you , I am tall and need this tailgate step all time .(It was a prior option for me) Couldn't you find a solution to put one , have you got the room in the tailgate ?

I've never wanted that option and after over 12 years with this Raptor, I don't miss it or need it, to me it just looks so g a y. It's a beautiful truck, but if you need to look feminine just get a little step stool and keep it in the box.

If you are in production, I believe you should have a window sticker that would tell you if there is a step.

Not interested in how I look, I just have some mobility issues and the step helps. As far as the other comments go, I love the truck. The power tail gate is apparently the only way to get the bed step. Lastly, I have the 801a package, torsen, rear applique, etc.
