Just had them cut off the stock muffler and weld in a Super 50, disappointed in the sound, not much louder than stock... Is the super 44 going to be any louder? Don't want to do a full cat-back just want to replace the muffler, which do you guys recommend that's louder than the 50, but no drone?

~Thanks

I was going to get the super 50, but the exhaust shop said it would be about the same noise as stock so I went with the super 40 and it's louder than stock with some drone. You can also do a stock resonator delete, but I'm not sure if that introduces drone.

The 50 Series is one of the most restrictive mufflers out there,
It's designed that way to keep the sound as low decibel as possible. Check out the Venom 250 like Haynes mentioned. A customer recently did his race venom like the lightning and says it's not to loud for his taste

My truck came with the American Outlaw system which looks about like the 10 series muffler. I'll say it's really loud outside the truck but not too bad inside. I drove the thing over 600 miles on my trip home and the drone didn't bother me with the music on.

I did the super 40 with the resonator delete and it's pretty loud and there is a lot of drone but it really doesn't bother me. I kinda wish it was louder.
