Got impatient and decided to Plastidip my grill, rather than have it rhino lined. The dip isn't as rugged, but is a more smooth finish, and was 8 bucks. Happy with the results. Now on the the hood vents.

Looks great! I may have to go this route since my grille is stained and I can't seem to clean it. Did you remove the grill before applying the plastidip, or did you do it in place? Any tips for someone about to attempt this?

Easy peasy. Just put some newspaper behind it. Light gentle sprays so that it won't drip.

I just took it off, like 6 or so 10mm bolts. Make sure the nozzle on the dip can is clean and clear or any dried on dip, or you'll get a drip. Nice easy light coats does the trick.
