On his work sheet there's no adv or fuel charge because the sheet is a retail order sheet. If he was given the invoice along with the printout it would show those 2 charges. They are built into the retail pricing on that page

You guys need to order out of state at invoice and then ship it to Miami. Even after shipping charges, you will still save 3K off of MSRP.

I ordered on metro ford 900 northwest 7th ave, miami,fl 33150.
Last raptor was bought at autonation of palmetto, fl. We had some issues with those guys too. The truck got delayed and when the truck arrive to panama it did not has the owners manual with spare key.

Actually page 2 of the VOC should show both of those. I know mine does!

Maybe the dealer has exhausted his 2013 allotment and is counting on '14. That means the OP (...I can't even remember who the OP is.....LOL) would be waiting until fall/winter.

(Please no comments directed at me about there being no '14. Just because blood says so means **** to me.)
