I thought bad cam phaser sound was only at startup and went away after warm, but IDK. Your saying the truck can sit overnight, you start it and don't hear the bad cam phaser, only if you do a WOT pull?

Correct, there is no ticking in the engine when starting. But even after 3-4 hours of the truck sitting, you can tell something is wrong by the sound it makes out of the exhaust pipes upon cold start. I do not think it was cam phasers but maybe a catalytic converter. or maybe even turbos. who knows. I am surprised it did not throw a CEL when it was making that weird noise on throttle.

Sounds like you down a cylinder and that is what is causing the vibration. Truck does not sound healthy/happy.

The one in Issaquah right off I-90 is supposed to be pretty good. Bickford ford in Snohomish used to be an SVT store, so you might want to try them as well.

Yes I do have a muffler replacement with AWE 2FG exhaust. Do you guys think that is the problem? it just seems odd because it goes away after key cycle. (restarting)

I doubt it's the exhaust, something is sticking though, whether its programming or mechanical, I'm not smart enough to know, lol.
