With my truck being on the ground now for me to pick it up next weekend I was looking to order a DB HD cover. I was wondering if those who have it have data on the molle panels you can fasten to the support beams of the cover.

1. Can you fit 2 molle panels side by side?
2. If no one knows, could you measure the beam length to see if I can fit 2 next to each other.

Pictures are always appreciated! For the record I did call Diamond Back and they didn't know if you could fit two next to each other since the dimensions vary per truck model.

Thanks!

It looks to be 53 inches from end of bolt to end of bolt. Closer to 53 5/8 -54 inches from bracket to bracket

Thank you! Your the real mvp! Looks like I should be able to fit 2 side by side per panel since they're 25 inches each. I'll post pics when everything lands for future reference.

How are you guys liking the DB? I really need to just order this already but ive been on the fence for some reason.
I haven't received mine yet. I ordered everything a couple days ago and I pick up my truck this weekend if no other hang ups on my lender. I really wanted secure storage that didn't eat into the already short bed on the truck. I opted for the HD cause you can mount stuff to the bottom of it and if me and my mates go hog hunting 2 of us standing on it can exceed the 400lbs weight capacity of the standard pretty quickly.

I have one and I love it. Got the SE since I didn’t see ever needing to load anything heavy on top of it. I can stand on top of it and it doesn’t budge, and I’m at 250 lbs. I was on the fence for a long time as well, even did a soft roll up cover for a while. But the DB is definitely one of the most secure out there. There are compromises with it, you can’t spontaneously take it off to use the whole bed, getting into the front section is tough (their tool box tray would help though) and it does have some weight to it. Since I travel quite a bit for work, and regularly take tools with me I like that it’s all locked and secure when staying at hotels.

Heaven forbid your job ever sends you to the San Antonio area and you're staying at a hotel. You can forget about that nice DB being secure...you might have bigger fish to fry!

Yeah I made that mistake once before. Had the drivers door lock twisted. I didnt have anything of value inside. Yes, SA is rough.
